All our staff are vetted to BS 7858 and take part in a thorough screening process before we take them on.
Once employed we provide our people with training and learning opportunities that not only ensure a great service for our customers, but also develop our colleagues both professionally and personally. We want to help building fantastic careers for the future.
We also invest in the latest technology and use integrated online systems to monitor patrols and service delivery compliance as well as online portals to streamline reporting. This approach makes our service almost paperless.

Across the UK we have teams of experienced Duty Managers who are available 24/7, and our fully trained and licensed relief staff can be deployed to support your operations when you need it most.
And, of course, we have our state-of-the-art monitoring centre and ARC – the Five Force Monitoring Centre – enabling us to provide a suite of remote monitoring services to complement physical guarding and achieve service efficiencies.
